SUNDAYS

Saturdays are usually spent recovering from the previous week. And Sundays are usually spent recovering from Saturdays.

We sleep in. Make meals for the next few days (after clearing the fridge of any odds and ends, which produces entertainingly random breakfasts; see above). Catch up on our shows. In general, we strive to be as lazy as possible, because we know that Monday means another whole week of kicking ass and taking names.

Wash, rinse, repeat.

  1. Ahem. My Sunday was spent recovering from a Saturday night of Yahtzee and drankin'. It was not purty.

  2. I'm a big fan of making meals ahead of time. I sometimes get teased for it but I'm glad to see I'm not the only one. It's just a much more efficient use of time!

  3. Naurnie - It wasn't pretty at our place either. But it was worth it. Your husband makes a mean Old Fashioned.

Francine - I agree - it's an excellently efficient. You should tease anyone who disagrees.
